Pittsburgh Comicon begins one week from today on September 11, 2009. Pittsburgh Comicon is one of the largest comic book and superhero conventions in the eastern U.S. Get your comic book superhero costumes now so you’ll have them in time for Comicon.
The Show is held every year at The New Monroeville Exposition Center connected to the Radisson Hotel Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh Comicon features an eclectic mix of all your favorite genres from Movies, Posters, Toys, Statues to Games, Anime, Manga, Sci-Fi and Fantasy, and of course Comics. You’ll get a chance to see many comics and the people who make them.
The featured guest at Pittsburgh Comicon 2009 is none other that the comic master himself, Stan Lee, Chairman Emeritus of Marvel comics and creator of some of the most famous comic super heroes in the world including Spider-Man, The X-Men, The Incredible Hulk, The Fantastic Four, Iron Man, Daredevil, The Avengers, Thor and Dr. Strange. He will be making an appearance one day only, September 12, 2009 from 10am – 3pm.
