Like so many others I have a lot of favorite foods. I hate bland foods and just love a lot of flavor. I try to have a variety of flavors to entertain mine and my man’s taste buds. One of my foods is Mexican cuisine; it’s not only full of flavor but can be spiced up with just the right heat.

There’s a little girl, the best movies EVER, the best singer EVER, the cutest singer EVER, and thrills beyond your imagination! When you add all these together it can only mean one thing.
When I was in the 6th grade my school held a Sock Hop Contest. I remember I had the cutest boy as my dancing partner, Greg. He was dreamy…LOL
Picking out what I’ll wear to work every morning is just a normal morning ritual, nothing spectacular and no big deal. It made me think; “What was it like someone back in the Renaissance era? What was it like for a Nobleman to prepare his outfit for the day?
I think I was born in the wrong era…sort of. I recently got hooked on the show Life on Mars. It’s about a Police Detective who gets hit by a car in 2009 and wakes up in the 1970’s. He’s got all the knowledge of his home, in 2009, and all its technology. I think this is a great theme for a series. It makes me want to throw w 70’s party or have a 70’s Day at work.

Ok, we’ve all had those friends that take dressing up to the extreme! How many times can a person “wear” their outrageous personality and get away with it?
You know what it’s like when it’s been a long, long day and you’ve had your boss breathing down your neck and she was crackin’ that whip she loves so much? You’re feet are killing you and you can’t wait to get home and kick those heels off and tear that tight uncomfortable suit you can’t breathe in off! Wouldn’t it be nice if hubby met you at the door?

One of my favorite series of movies is the Pirates of the Caribbean. I love Johnny Depp…and he loves me. LOL…ok, not a reality…but it is a GREAT fantasy! Truth be told, I love the romance of piracy, at least Hollywood’s versions. There’s always good guys and bad guys, many battles full of sword fights, gun fire, cannons going off and someone is always falling in love; and the costumes they wear, I think they are the best of all! There is something about a pirate’s costume that has a flare of romance to it. Maybe, it’s because it goes with the whole bad boy attitude and what costume I think would fit my personality if I were a pirate too.
How can I liven up my routine hum drum life? What would turn my life upside down and make me feel alive again? I can remember when I was a kid I had so much fun. Playing dress up was almost a daily thing and definitely a weekly thing. It was a key ingredient of my day’s adventures.
